Sampling, Events & Promotions, Inc. (SEP) was begun in 1992 by its Founder, Sheila Pensinger, to provide national infield promotion implementation services for national consumer packaged goods companies and/or their promotion agencies.

Pamela Daly, SEP's President, is responsible for onsite event coordination, as well as sourcing, negotiating, and securing venues, personnel, catering, etc. Ms. Daly is also responsible for the management of mobile sampling programs, road tours and local targeted events, marketing plans and market research. Ms. Daly is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Ms. Pensinger was employed for over 10 years with Marketing Corporation of America, in Westport, CT. She followed by working 12 years with Ryan Partnership, as a Vice President. She was responsible for developing a field services group while at Ryan, The Grass Roots Agency, which also implemented infield promotion services. Ms. Pensinger is located in Naples, FL.

Ms. Daly was also employed by Marketing Corporation of America and followed that with project work for Ms. Pensinger, while she was with Ryan Partnership. With the formation of SEP, Ms. Daly was asked to join the company to bring her event coordination and program management expertise to the company.
